There are essential sciences required for a consistent exegetical activity, among which narrations hold a particularly significant position. Among these, the variations in Qur'anic recitations (qirāʾāt) occupy an indispensable place. Specifically, the employment of the well-known qirāʾāt attributed to the ten reciters, known as the Qirāʾāt al-ʿAshr Imams, is of great importance in Qur'anic exegesis. The work titled Tafsīr al-Qurʾān al-Karīm bi al-Qirāʾāt al-Qurʾāniyya al-ʿAshr represents an original scholarly effort aimed at interpreting the Qur'an through these ten canonical recitations. This work is a compilation of thirteen master’s theses completed between 2002 and 2008 as part of the postgraduate program at the Islamic University of Gaza. Each thesis corresponds to a single volume, culminating in the publication of the tafsīr as a comprehensive thirteen-volume work. The tafsīr is understood to cover all chapters (sūrahs) of the Qur'an, offering an extensive study that provides significant insights into the field of Qur'anic recitation and its interpretations. The fact that this tafsīr was authored under the shadow of longstanding oppression further enhances its value, underscoring the resilience of Islamic scholarship amidst adversity. It is hoped that the introduction of this tafsīr will serve as a testament to the perseverance of Islamic and specifically qirāʾāt studies, even under the most challenging circumstances. This study employs qualitative research methods, particularly document analysis and content analysis. Given the extensive scope of the tafsīr, this research focuses on the first 100 verses of Sūrat al-Baqarah. Accordingly, the sections containing interpretations of these verses will be examined to identify explanations concerning qirāʾāt and to elucidate the contributions of the work to the science of Qur'anic recitation and the history of Qur'anic reading and teaching. Additionally, a brief introduction to the content of the tafsīr will be provided. The research aims to highlight the scholarly achievements realized in the blessed land of Palestine, demonstrating that even amidst warfare, the Palestinian people have continued to produce significant intellectual contributions. As noted in Tafsīr al-Qurʾān al-Karīm bi al-Qirāʾāt al-Qurʾāniyya al-ʿAshr, this work seeks to introduce a new dimension to Qur'anic exegesis and open a significant avenue within this field. Ultimately, this study aspires to contribute to the overarching purpose of the tafsīr while drawing attention to the broader narrative of Palestine. A concise version of Tafsīr al-Qurʾān al-Karīm bi al-Qirāʾāt al-Qurʾāniyya al-ʿAshr has been published by the Istanbul Haseki Higher Islamic Studies Center. Moreover, it has been observed that two ongoing studies—one at the doctoral level and the other at the master’s level—are currently being conducted on this tafsīr. The master's research, which focuses on the first two volumes of the work, is being carried out by the present author. This study will briefly discuss these related works as well. Aside from the aforementioned studies, it appears that this tafsīr has not been the subject of other scholarly investigations and thus remains relatively unknown. It is anticipated that this research will contribute to the broader recognition and understanding of this invaluable work.

Tutarlı bir tefsir faaliyeti için gerekli olan ilimler vardır. Bunlar arasında ise rivayetlerin özel bir yeri bulunmaktadır. Kıraat farklılıkları, bu rivayetler içerisinde vazgeçilmez bir konuma sahiptir. Özellikle kırâat-i aşere imamları olarak bilinen on kıraat âlimine nispet edilen meşhur kıraatlerin Kur’an tefsirinde kullanılması büyük önem arz etmektedir. Tefsîrü’l-Kur’âni’l-Kerîm bi’l-kırââti’l-Kur’âniyyeti’l-‘aşr adlı eser, Kur’an’ın on kıraatle tefsirine yönelik olarak hazırlanmış orijinal bir çalışmadır. Eser, Gazze İslâm Üniversitesi yüksek lisans programında 2002 ile 2008 yılları arasında tamamlanan on üç tezin bir araya getirilmiş hâlidir. Eserde, her bir yüksek lisans çalışmasının bir cilde karşılık geldiği ve nihayetinde onun on üç cilt olarak basıldığı görülmektedir. Söz konusu tefsirin bütün Kur’an sûrelerini ele alan kapsamlı bir çalışma olduğu anlaşılmaktadır. Dolayısıyla Kur’an okuma ve kıraat alanı ile ilgili önemli mülahazalar sunacağı düşünülmektedir. Ayrıca eserin asırlardır süregelen bir zulmün gölgesinde yazılmış olması da onun değerine ayrı bir değer katmaktadır. Bu sebeple tefsirin tanıtımının, genelde İslâmî çalışmaların özelde ise kıraat çalışmalarının her türlü zulüm ve baskılara rağmen devam ettiğine yönelik güzel bir örnek sunacağı umulmaktadır. Bu çalışmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden doküman incelemesi ve içerik analizi metotları kullanılacaktır. Tefsirin genişliği sebebiyle bu çalışma, Bakara sûresinin ilk yüz âyeti ile sınırlı tutulacaktır. Bu itibarla çalışmada esas olarak ilgili âyet tefsirlerinin yer aldığı bölümler incelenerek buralarda yer alan kıraatler ile ilgili izahlar tespit edilecek ve eserin kıraat ilmine, Kur’an okuma ve öğretim tarihine katkıları ortaya konulacaktır. Bununla birlikte araştırmada eserin giriş kısmı ile ilgili de kısa bir bilgi verilecektir. Bu araştırma ile mübarek Filistin topraklarında, değerli eserler yazıldığını ve hatta Filistin halkının savaş ile iç içe iken dahi ilmi çalışmalar yaptıklarını gözler önüne sermek hedeflenmektedir. Tefsîrü’l-Kur’âni’l-Kerîm bi’l-kırââti’l-Kur’âniyyeti’l-‘aşr adlı eserde belirtildiğine göre bu çalışma, tefsire yeni bir boyut kazandırmayı ve tefsir kapılarından önemli bir kapıyı açmayı amaçlamıştır. Netice itibariyle bu çalışma, genel olarak zikri geçen amaca destek olmayı, özelde ise Filistin’in konuşulmasını hedeflemektedir. Tefsîrü’l-Kur’âni’l-Kerîm bi’l-kırââti’l-Kur’âniyyeti’l-‘aşr adlı eserin bir muhtasarının yaptırılarak İstanbul Haseki Dini Yüksek İhtisas Merkezi tarafından basıldığı görülmektedir. Ayrıca eser hakkında biri doktora biri yüksek lisans olmak üzere iki araştırmanın hâlen devam ettiği müşahede edilmektedir. Yüksek lisans çalışması, tarafımızdan yürütülmekte olup eserin ilk iki cildine yöneliktir. Bu araştırmada kısaca ilgili çalışmalar hakkında da bilgi verilecektir. Zikri geçen araştırmalar haricinde söz konusu tefsirin herhangi bir çalışmaya konu olmadığı, bu sebeple de yaygın olarak tanınmadığı söylenebilir. Bu çalışmanın, eserin tanıtımına yönelik katkı sağlaması beklenmektedir.
